Welcome to my librarian blog! I’m a certified school librarian, earning my Master’s degree in Library Science at Sam Houston State University in August of 2025. This blog began as part of an assignment for my Children’s Literature course, but it quickly grew into a personal space where I share my love of books, reading, and all things library.

I mostly gravitate toward fantasy and crime procedurals, but I’m always up for discovering something new. When I’m not reading, you can find me crafting, paddling my SUP or OC-1 on the local lakes, or spending time with my favorite people: my husband of over 20 years and our two amazing grown daughters.
